Knox-Lincoln Soil & Water Conservation District is collaborating with Boothbay Region Land Trust to host Maine Audubon’s “Stream Smart Road Crossing” Training. This half-day introductory workshop provides training for professionals to expand the local knowledge base on how to include aquatic organism passage and higher storm volume capacity when designing stream/road crossings. At Boothbay Region Land Trust’s Oak Point Farm, 60 Samoset Road, April 28, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, $35, preregister.
