In 2021, Maine State Parks welcomed more than 3.3 million visitors, compared to 3 million in 2020, an 8% increase. Three of the last four years have reported record-breaking visitation across Maine's 12 State Park campgrounds and 48 State Parks and Historic Sites collectively.
