Over the course of this busy year of day hiking, backpacking and RV camping on the long and winding road to cobbling together the next edition of the AMC Maine Mountain Guide, this hiker has a had an opportunity to field test a variety of cool, new outdoor products. Here is a brief overview of some of the items I found useful and recommend for the trail and campsite.
