Learn about Plans for Floating Offshore Wind Power in Maine

The State of Maine is pursuing the development of a floating offshore wind Research array in the Gulf of Maine. The Governor’s Energy Office and the Department of Marine Resources are committed to engaging stakeholders, in particular the fishing industry, in the development of the project, its siting, and the research questions that the initiative seeks to answer. To learn more about Maine’s plans for an Offshore Wind Research Array and how you can be involved in the process attend a webinar. Fishing Industry-Focused Webinars are set for December 15, 16 and 22 at 6 pm. A General Interest Webinar is scheduled for December 17 at 6 pm.
